Membership Terms & Scheduling
Memberships renew automatically unless otherwise arranged. We kindly request 14-day notice for membership changes or cancellations. To ensure thoughtful allocation of time for all clients, we request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be billed at the reserved time.
Purchases & Returns
All purchases are billed at exact retail cost. Receipts are provided for complete transparency. Returns managed on your behalf are billed at $35 or hourly, in accordance with retailer policies.
