Below are answers to frequent questions about our concierge services, memberships, and policies.
What types of requests do you accommodate?
We provide highly personalized support including home and rental stocking, curated welcome experiences, personal shopping, errand management, in-home appointment coordination, floral delivery, and bespoke requests tailored to your lifestyle. If it simplifies your day, we are here to handle it.
Is there anything you do not provide?
We do not offer childcare, medical services, or licensed trade work. However, we are happy to coordinate and oversee trusted service providers on your behalf.
How far in advance should services be requested?
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice when possible. Same-day requests are accommodated based on availability and include a rush fee.
How are services billed?
Hourly services are $75 per hour with a two hour minimum. Time is billed in 30-minute increments thereafter. Memberships include a set number of hours per month or quarter, offering priority scheduling and preferred access.
Do unused membership hours roll over?
Membership hours do not roll over into subsequent billing periods. Your reserved time is thoughtfully allocated to ensure consistent, attentive service.
Are purchased items marked up?
Never. All purchases are billed at exact retail cost with receipts provided for complete transparency.
Do you serve short-term rental owners and their guests?
Yes. We assist property owners and visitors seeking a seamless Athens experience, including special event weekends such as football season and graduation.
How is secure home access handled?
Access is coordinated according to client preference — including keypad entry, lockbox, or garage access. Discretion and confidentiality are foundational to our service.
Are you insured?
Yes, Classic City Concierge Co. is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do you provide updates during service?
Yes. We provide confirmations and, when appropriate, photo documentation for stocking or setup services.
Membership Terms & Scheduling
Memberships reserve dedicated service time and renew automatically unless otherwise arranged. We kindly request 14 days’ notice for membership changes or cancellations. To ensure thoughtful time allocation for clients, we request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be billed at the reserved time. Same-day requests are accommodated as availability allows and include the applicable rush fee.
